A 38-story, approximately 184-metre office tower completed in 2003. Developed by Sumitomo Fudosan as part of the Nishi-Shinjuku 6-chome district redevelopment, it extended the sub-centre's high-rise density into a block that had previously remained lower-scale.
A twin-towered, arch-topped office building completed in 1996 in Aomi, Odaiba. Rising 21 floors and approximately 99 metres, it was developed by Tokyo Teleport Centre as a flagship facility of the Tokyo waterfront sub-centre and remains one of the bay area's most recognisable landmarks.
