A 34-story, 161-meter office tower completed in 1995 in Yoyogi, Shibuya Ward — directly adjacent to Shinjuku Station's south exit but bearing a Shinjuku name despite a Shibuya address. The building's 105-meter central atrium is one of the most distinctive interior volumes among Tokyo's office towers.
