Completed in February 2003 at JR Sapporo Station. A 38-story, 173-metre mixed-use tower — Hokkaido's tallest building — developed by JR Hokkaido on the site of the former at-grade station tracks, housing a hotel, department store, retail complex, offices, and an observation deck.
