I Garden Air
A mixed-use office district completed in 2003 on the site of the former Iidamachi freight yard. The centerpiece Garden Air Tower rises 35 floors and approximately 153 meters, developed by Japan Freight Railway — a rare case of a logistics operator leading its own urban redevelopment.
