A privately funded mixed-use complex that opened in October 2024 in central Nagasaki. Developed and operated by Japanet Holdings, it centres on a 20,000-seat football stadium (Peace Stadium) and a 6,000-seat arena, with hotels, retail, and offices covering approx. 194,000 m².
