Elza Tower 55
A 55-storey residential skyscraper in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture. Completed in 1998 at 186 m, it held the title of Japan's tallest residential building from its completion until 2004. Developed by Daikyo, it remains a defining landmark on the northern fringes of the Tokyo metropolitan area.
