City Tower Osaka Tenma The River & Parks

A 45-storey, 650-unit residential tower completed in 2010 beside the Okawa River in Kita Ward, Osaka. Developed by Sumitomo Realty & Development, it brought large-scale high-rise living to a traditionally low-rise neighbourhood near Osaka Temmangu.
