A large-scale mixed-use complex developed by Sumitomo Realty in Ariake, Koto City, which opened in April 2020. The commercial wing spans approx. 87,600 m² with 203 stores, anchored by a hotel, natural hot-spring spa, and an adjacent high-rise residential tower.
