A 16-story, approximately 67-metre mixed-use building completed in 2017. Developed by Tokyu Corporation and designed by Nihon Sekkei, it stacks retail, share offices, and rental housing in a single tower — a mid-scale intervention in Shibuya distinct from the area's large-scale station redevelopments.
