Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 2
A 34-story, approximately 163-metre government office tower completed in 1991. Designed by Kenzo Tange as part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government complex in Nishi-Shinjuku, it forms an ensemble with the twin-towered No. 1 building and defines the civic skyline of the sub-centre.
