A large-scale residential district developed on the site of the former Ministry of Communications Simplified Insurance Bureau buildings in Mita 1-chome, Minato City. Seven buildings housing 1,002 homes occupy a site of approximately 25,000 square metres — the largest condominium footprint in Minato City — completed in March 2025.
