Branz Tower Toyosu

A 48-story, approximately 175-meter residential tower completed in 2021, jointly developed by four companies led by Tokyu Land. With 1,152 units, it stands as one of the largest residential towers in Toyosu, rising on former IHI factory land that has been continuously converted since the 1990s.

A 37-story, 165-meter office tower completed in 1992 on the site of IHI's former factory sports grounds. Designed by Nikken Sekkei and developed by IHI, it was the first skyscraper in the Toyosu district and an early signal that a former industrial waterfront would become a major urban center.
