A 32-storey office and commercial tower completed in 2016 on the site of former buildings in Kyobashi, Chuo City. Designed by Nikken Sekkei and developed by a urban redevelopment association led by Nippon Tochi-Tatemono and Tokyo Tatemono, the building pairs a high-rise block with a restored historic structure to re-establish Kyobashi as a destination in its own right.
The new headquarters of Toda Corporation, completed in September 2024 in Kyobashi, Chuo City. Rising 28 floors to approximately 165 meters with a core-wall seismic isolation structure, its lower six floors house an art gallery, exhibition spaces, and public venues open to the surrounding city.
A 24-story, 124-meter office tower completed in 2013 in Kyobashi, Chuo City, notable for its stacked green terraces and environmental design. Winner of the 57th BCS Award, directly connected underground to Kyobashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.
