City Towers Tokyo Bay
A seismic-isolated triple-tower complex of 1,539 homes developed by Sumitomo Realty & Development in Ariake, Koto City, completed in July 2019. Three towers of up to 33 storeys stand in a row, forming the residential centrepiece of a National Strategic Special Zone redevelopment alongside the adjacent Ariake Garden.
