A 51-storey, 200-metre complex in Benten, Minato Ward, Osaka City, completed in 1993 under the former name ORC200 (Osaka Resort City 200). Developed as a public land trust project by Osaka City, it was renamed Osaka Bay Tower in 2018 and now operates as a hotel, hot-spring spa, and residential complex near Bentencho Station.
A 38-storey, 188-metre mixed-use tower completed in February 2022 in Umeda 1-chome, Kita Ward, Osaka. Developed by Hankyu Hanshin Real Estate and designed by Nihon Sekkei and Takenaka Corporation, the tower houses Hanshin Department Store Umeda's main branch on its lower floors and offices above. Together with the adjacent North tower, it forms the Osaka Umeda Twin Towers.
A 55-storey, 192-metre residential tower completed in October 2017 on Nakanoshima Island in Kita Ward, Osaka City. Designed and built by Takenaka Corporation using seismic isolation, the 894-unit tower was jointly developed by Mitsubishi Estate Residence, Sumitomo Corporation, Keihan Electric Railway Real Estate, and Asahi Properties.
