Haneda Innovation City
A next-generation industrial hub adjacent to Haneda Airport. Opened in 2020 with a total floor area exceeding 130,000 m². Developed by Haneda Mirai Kaihatsu, a consortium of nine companies including Kajima Corporation and Daiwa House Industry, to foster cross-sector innovation at the gateway to Tokyo.
