A 35-story, 169-meter office tower completed in March 1995 in Toranomon, Minato City. Originally built as the headquarters of Japan Tobacco International (JT) and designed by Nikken Sekkei, the building was sold to Sumitomo Fudosan in 2020 and renamed, reflecting the contraction of Japan's tobacco industry.
