Completed 27 April 1994 in Toyama City. A 22-storey, 111-metre office tower — the tallest building in the city for many years. Designed by Mitsubishi Estate; constructed by Sato Kogyo and Shimizu Corporation JV. Named for its height of exactly 111 metres.
