A large-scale waterfront residential district built on the former IHI (Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries) Tokyo factory site in Tsukuda, Chuo City. Construction began in 1986 and the first residents arrived in 1989; the district was completed around 2010 — a pioneer of Tokyo's waterfront tower housing.
