A pair of office towers completed in 2006 by Sumitomo Fudosan on the Mita–Shibaura boundary in Minato City. The 43-story west tower (179 m) and 17-story east tower (86 m) were known together as the Mita Twin Building until a 2024 renaming retired the 'twin' designation.
