The departure point for the Tokyo Monorail to Haneda Airport, and a junction of the Oedo, Asakusa, and Tokaido Lines, this district has long functioned as one of Tokyo’s established south-central office clusters. Anchored since the 1970s by the World Trade Center Building, it accumulated a dense concentration of office towers over the following decades.

The Nissay Hamamatsucho Crea Tower, completed in August 2018, added a 29-story, 156-meter presence to that skyline. Designed by Nikken Sekkei and built by Obayashi Corporation, it covers a total floor area of approximately 99,000 square meters. Typical floor plates measure roughly 790 tsubo — a generous, efficient layout suited to a range of tenants.
