A large mixed-use redevelopment completed in 2001 on reclaimed land in Harumi, Chuo City, featuring three high-rise office towers — the tallest reaching 45 storeys and approximately 195 metres. Developed by the Urban Development Corporation (now UR), the complex introduced a commercial and public waterfront to an area previously dominated by industrial and warehouse uses.
Completed November 2008, this 550-metre road bridge spans the Harumi Canal between Harumi 5-chome in Chuo City and Toyosu 6-chome in Kōtō City. Its five-span continuous steel-deck V-leg box girder gives the crossing an unusually light silhouette.
