A Mixed-Use District at the Edge of the Tama River

The master plan was designed by London-based Conran and Partners, while the building-level design was handled by a Japanese joint venture of RIA, Tokyu Design Consultants, and Nihon Sekkei. A pedestrian promenade called the Ribbon Street runs from the station through the complex to Futakotamagawa Park and the Tama River, giving the district a clear spatial logic that visitors can trace on foot.
