The Parkhouse Gran Chidorigafuchi was completed in March 2015 at 2-1 Sanbancho, Chiyoda City, developed by Mitsubishi Estate Residence as a luxury condominium.

The building contains 73 homes across fourteen above-ground and two below-ground floors, all oriented to face the moat and the Imperial Palace greenery beyond. Hanzomon Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line lies seven minutes on foot. The building was designed jointly by Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei and Takenaka Corporation, with Takenaka also serving as the general contractor. The structure is reinforced concrete and steel, built on a seismic isolation system.

A Quiet Address in Chidorigafuchi’s Landscape

The Sanbancho and Yonbancho districts of Chiyoda retain a character shaped by embassies and older residential estates.
