Completed in 2016 on the site of the former Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka, this 36-storey, 180-metre mixed-use complex by Seibu Properties brings together offices, a luxury hotel, and retail in the historic Kioicho neighbourhood of Chiyoda City. Designed by Nikken Sekkei and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.
Completed in February 2018, this 35-storey, 192-metre complex by Mitsui Fudosan stands on the former Sanshin Building site in Yurakucho 1-chome, Chiyoda City. Designed by Hopkins Architects as master design architect with Nikken Sekkei handling urban planning and design supervision, it faces Hibiya Park with a public plaza that links the tower to the surrounding greenery.
